Consolidated 30 international data centers into a unified GCP Kubernetes platform — $25M/year savings. Enterprise data fabric across 40 countries; NLP/STT/TTS virtual assistant for salesforce + e-commerce.
IBM Watson Cognitive Gateway
Universal Conversation Gateway — 20+ omni-channel front-ends on Docker/Kubernetes, became the international standard for Watson Virtual Assistants. $20M Q1 roll-out.

Scottrade Architecture Renovation
Re-engineered a 4M-line brokerage system; succeeded where IBM's prior $6M/3-year effort failed. Helped grow Scottrade to $1B+ revenue — acquired by TD Ameritrade for $1.7B.
GetSwift Global Build-Out
POC → $50M+ revenue in 2 years across 6 countries. AWS Kubernetes microservices, Valhalla geo-fencing AI dispatch, AWS→GCP migration cutting infra 51% ($2.5M/yr).
LPL Financial — ClientWorks
Rescued and launched the flagship advisor platform via TIBCO ESB microservices. Robo-advisor strategy for 14,000+ advisors.
ADP Brokerage (Broadridge)
100+ M&A technology integrations contributing to $2B+ revenue growth and the spin-off as Broadridge. Post-9/11 NJ data-center relocation took availability from 75% to 99.9%.
