  • At Etana Custody (regulated Trust company), led product, engineering, infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and information security. Architected the first back-office featuring full ERP with straight-through processing for fiat AND crypto — exchange settlement, clearance, automatic bank reconciliation. Designed Etana Connect (real-time BSA/AML + Fedwire/ACH/SWIFT), Etana Settle (crypto/FX clearance & settlement), and Etana EDEN (Flutter UX single pane of glass). Built and integrated FX/Crypto trading EOMS with smart order routing, FINRA reporting, and exchange/liquidity-partner connectivity into custody, digital wallets, and settlement. Deployed the first enterprise GenAI assistant using fine-tuned private LLMs with ReAct/CoT reasoning over MCP server integration.
